What does the CAN $50 fee cover?

The fee covers the product search service. We use it to begin and manage the search for your requested Warhammer item.

Is the fee refundable?

Yes. If we do not locate your requested item within the stated search window of 1 week to 2 months, your finder fee is refunded. You may request a refund before the active time frame, as long as the product has not already been acquired and shipped to your location.

Is the product included in the USD 50 fee?

No. The finder fee covers the search service only. The cost of the item itself, plus shipping and any applicable taxes, is separate. Although we have premium discounts that we often pass on to customers.

How long does the search take?

Most searches fall within 1 week to 2 months, depending on the item’s rarity and market availability.

What kind of products can I request?

We only accept requests for Warhammer-related products, such as miniatures, boxed sets, books, codexes, special releases, and similar items.

Do you ship across Canada?

As a Canada-based service, shipping within Canada is supported. If you plan to offer international shipping, add the details clearly in your shipping policy.
